Kaitlyn in currently an undergraduate researcher at the BDDC developing home-compostable bioplastics using PBSA and agricultural residues from almond production. She is going into her third year of studying Biological Engineering at the University of Guelph. During her time at the BDDC, she hopes to learn more about biomaterials development and improve upon her technical writing skills.
