Dayna McNeill

Dayna is a M.Eng student in Biological Engineering at the University of Guelph with interests in sustainable food packaging and production. Her research work at the BDDC focuses on extracting and utilizing insoluble fibres from wine production waste in the development of a renewable packaging material. Supported by Dr. Manjusri Misra and Dr. Amar K. Mohanty, Dayna's research aims to provide alternative packaging to aid in reducing the environmental impact of plastic pollution.
