Monjurul Hoque

Monjurul is a PhD Walsh Scholar at Teagasc Ashtown Food Research Centre and University College Cork, Ireland. Currently,  he is a visiting PhD scholar at the department of BDDC-Bioproducts Discovery & Development Center, University of Guelph for two months under Walsh Scholar International Training Award, Ireland.  His area of interest includes bioplastics, bio-composite, polymer extrusion, agro-industrial waste valorization, & circular economy. Currently, he is working on a project called "Eco-Friendly Compostable Pectin-Based Materials Derived From Waste Sources of Fruit Pulp, and its Validation in Bread Packaging" funded by the Ministry of Department of Agriculture, Food, and Marine (DAFM), Ireland.
