Dr. Özgür Seydibeyoğlu gave a guest lecture to a group of students in ENGG*6130 S25 - Physical Properties of Biomaterials on July 14, 2025. Dr. Seydibeyoğlu is a Professor in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at İzmir Katip Çelebi University (IKCU), where he also serves as the Chair of the Polymer Science and Technology Graduate Program. With a strong background in polymer science and materials engineering, his research focuses on sustainable composites, composite fibers, polymer processing, and circular materials—including both polymers and metals.

Dr. Seydibeyoğlu's Lecture was titled "Colors from Nature; Sustainable Color Masterbatches for Food Packaging Applications" and talked about Nano and bio composites, processing, and applications.
