Emma Chow, Project Manager, Cities & Circular Economy for Food from the Ellen MacArthur Foundation visited the Bioproducts Discovery and Development Centre. Professor Amar Mohanty, the Direct of BDDC discussed the current research occurring at the University of Guelph Bioproducts Facility. Discussions were followed by a tour of the labs by Professor Manju Misra.
